At our OEM and ODM factory, we offer high-quality stamped, deep-drawn, turned, and milled stainless steel parts for various applications, such as sensor probes, sensor housings, sensor protection tubes, and thermometer protection tubes. Our focus is on outstanding quality and versatility in the manufacture of sensor-related components.
Our expertise covers sensor probes, sensor housings, thermometer protection tubes, sensor sheaths and protection tubes, as well as deep-drawn parts, sheet metal parts, stamped parts, metal fabrication, machined parts, welded parts, laser-cut parts, assembled parts, and bent parts. We offer a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass, and aluminum. Various surface treatments—including degreasing, cleaning, heat treatment, electroplating, nickel plating, chrome plating, polishing, and grinding—optimize the products.
Our production process involves no additional tooling costs and includes deep drawing, welding, machining, and more. Quality tests are conducted to verify dimensions, surface finish, leak tightness, and material. Our wide range of standard sizes can be customized to meet customer requirements. As a special offering, we have over 80 thermoforming dies available, which generally eliminates the need for tooling costs. Our expertise as an OEM and ODM manufacturer spans a wide variety of sensor-related products, including temperature sensor protection tubes. These cylindrical tubes protect the temperature sensor chip and are available in various designs, including flat, round, and pointed tips.
Materials such as stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and ceramic are used. The length typically ranges from 10 mm to 500 mm, the outer diameter from 3 mm to 10 mm, and the wall thickness from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm. Various shapes are available, including straight tubes, tubes with brackets, bent tubes, tubes with brass rings, spherical, machined nuts with tubes, and machined parts. Surface treatment methods include polishing, cleaning, and electroplating.
