AT-T24 bimetal thermostats – precision and versatility for your applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The AT-T24 bimetal thermostats<\/strong> from Alpha Therm combine robust performance and flexible application options<\/strong>. They are suitable for domestic appliances, industrial applications and special projects and cover an operating temperature range from 40 \u00b0C to 250 \u00b0C<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

With a rated voltage of 250 V<\/strong> and a current of up to 16 A<\/strong>, the AT-T24 thermostats are ideal for standard applications. They achieve over 100,000 switching cycles<\/strong> and therefore offer long-term reliability<\/strong>. In addition, the precise customer-specific tolerances of \u00b12 K<\/strong> enable exact temperature control, even for demanding requirements. <\/p>\n

The thermostats offer flexible functions<\/strong>: They can be operated as normally closed contacts, normally open contacts<\/strong> or with manual reset<\/strong>. Gold contacts<\/strong> are also available, which reliably switch even low currents and at the same time support the long service life. <\/p>\n

Installation is also very flexible. The thermostats are available in plastic or ceramic housings<\/strong> and with plug-in, soldered or stranded wire connections<\/strong>. Waterproof versions up to IP68<\/strong> are available for harsh environments, and they can be integrated directly into pipe systems via process connections with G1\/2 or NPT threads<\/strong>. Numerous mounting options, as well as screw-on or screw-in heads and clamp connections<\/strong>, make installation considerably easier. <\/p>\n

Whether as frost monitors, in heating mats<\/strong> or other temperature-critical applications, these thermostats offer reliable performance and exceptional versatility<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

For smaller applications, we recommend the AT-T23 series<\/strong>, which can be used up to AC 250 V\/10 A and also offers the proven Alpha Therm quality.<\/p>\n
