Product description ST01 A U1<\/h3>\n

The ST01 A U1 is a circuit breaker from the ST01 series with a power class of 1.6A to 7.5A, which is closed as standard and resets automatically. It has Mylar-Nomex insulation.<\/p>\n

PRODUCT LAUNCH<\/h4>\n

The ST01 A U1 consists of a robust construction with an integrated ceramic cover plate for the fixed silver contact. The movable contact is welded to a cross-shaped spring washer, which is connected to the conductive housing. This ensures a reliable function in which the movable contact is in close contact with the fixed silver contact under preload of the spring washer.<\/p>\n

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION<\/h4>\n

The bimetallic disk is deformed by heat when the rated operating temperature is reached and quickly snaps back to break the circuit. After cooling down and reaching the defined reset temperature, the bimetal disk and the spring washer return to their initial position. This closes the moving contact and the fixed silver contact again and the circuit is restored.<\/p>\n
